Who doesn't love the 80s?! Inspired by my favorite decade these cupcakes were decorated with all things 80s: Etch a Sketch, Kangols with gold rope chains (think Run DMC), Care Bears, Adidas, Boom Box, Rubix Cube, Smurfs and MTV logos (remember when MTV was "all music....all the time"?
