Roll with the punches!

Boxing gloves cake for a boxing lover. Boxing is actually one of the very few sports that I actually enjoy. I had to roll with the punches (ha ha, a little boxing humor) making this cake. The shaping and carving took a little longer than I expected it to but I'm happy with the way it came out. Vanilla cake with whipped cream and strawberry filling.
